Painting Empty Bowls with The WOW! Factory

Help The WOW! Factory support Empty Bowls Mononghelia by Painting a bowl to donate to the 2025 Empty Bowls Luncheon! Bowls are $7+ tax and will be fired and brought to Empty Bowls Mononghelia by The WOW! Factory. This year’s luncheon is Saturday, February 22nd from 11am-2:30pm at Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center, 111 Mylan Park Ln, Morgantown, WV 26501. Bowls for this year’s luncheon can be painted now through February 15th, 2025.

The WOW! Factory is also a ticketing location for the 2025 Empty Bowls Luncheon.

Bowl Painting info below based on group size:

Groups of 8 or Fewer at the studio

• Walk in during any of our business hours to create!
• Bowls are $7+tax per bowl (includes all regular glazes, studio space, kiln firing, and delivery to Empty Bowls)

Groups of 9-40 at the studio

• Schedule 2+ weeks in advance for a designated Room for your group (availability not guaranteed)
• 2-hour time slots
• No additional cost for designated rooms on weekdays during business hours.
• Standard Room Rental costs apply on Weekend dates.
• Bowls are $7+tax per bowl (includes all regular glazes, studio space, kiln firing, and delivery to Empty Bowls)

Groups of 40+ at locations within a 40-mile radius of The WOW! Factory

• Schedule 2+ weeks in advance for The WOW! Factory to come to your location (availability not guaranteed)
• 2-hour time slots
• $40 off-site fee (includes all bowl painting supplies and at least 1 The WOW! Factory staff member to orchestrate the painting event)
• Bowls are $7+tax per bowl (includes all regular glazes, studio space, kiln firing, and delivery to Empty Bowls)

TOGO Empty Bowl Painting Kits

• Available for any size group or individual
• No additional charge
• Schedule 2+ weeks in advance for groups of 8 or more to ensure bowl and supply availability.
• If using The WOW! Factory bowl painting supplies (paint brushes, water buckets, etc.) kits must be returned to The WOW! Factory within 48 hours of kits pickup (available only for groups of 8 or more)
• If no bowl painting supplies are used, there is no time limit on returning the bowls for firing.
• Bowls are $7+tax per bowl (includes all regular glazes, studio space, kiln firing, and delivery to Empty Bowls)
